Hi, I'm Jaime.
I’ve worked in dentistry for almost 20 years and have been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2012. I’ve also spent more than 10 years training dental teams on Dentrix, helping people in different roles feel more confident using the software in their everyday work.
I combine real world dental experience with practical Dentrix training to make the software easier to understand and actually useful in your day to day workflow.

Absolutely. Training is built around what you need, so we can cover multiple topics or workflows. If your needs are more extensive, I’ll recommend a training plan that gives us enough time to cover everything effectively.
Is training virtual?
Most training is offered virtually, making it easy to work together regardless of where you’re located. If you’re looking for more extensive team training, we can discuss your needs and available options during your consultation.
What happens during the free consultation?
We’ll talk through what you or your team needs help with, your current workflows and what you’d like to accomplish. From there, I’ll recommend a training plan and next steps.
Is there anything I need to prepare before our consultation?
No formal preparation is needed. Just come ready to talk about what you or your team needs help with, what’s currently causing frustration and what you’d like to improve. If you already have specific questions or examples, feel free to bring those too.
